Non-profit staff are often non-technical people doing technical things because there's nobody else. I know that. I've answered the same question dozens of times from different people at different organizations — and I'll answer it again, clearly, without making anyone feel bad for asking.

I also offer something most web people don't: if you want your processes documented, I can do that too. Screen recording walkthroughs your staff can follow at their own pace — click-through videos for every process, ready when someone new joins the team. It's not included by default, but it's available, and it's worth asking about.
