How it works
Three steps, and you stay in charge
1. Ask
Someone on your team asks for a change in plain words, by chat, by email or through a simple form. English or French, whichever they prefer.
2. Approve
An approver gets an email showing the request and chooses to approve or decline it. Nothing happens before that.
3. Done
Once approved, the change is made. The person who asked hears back on the same email thread when it’s live, declined or undone.
What it can do
The everyday updates that usually wait in someone’s inbox
- Add, edit or remove pages and posts
- Place images, including a photo sent in chat
- Fix links
- Deeper changes, like the theme or plugins, are possible too, and they need approval like everything else
Safeguards
Built so nothing surprises you
- A person approves every change. Nothing happens on its own.
- Any change can be undone, and the undo needs approval too.
- Only what was asked gets touched, and every edit is credited to a person.
- No stepping on toes. If the page changed in the meantime, the edit is refused.
- Broken code is refused.
- Risky edits get flagged, like wiping a page, rewriting it from scratch or profanity.
- There’s a full change history, and the site can be restored from backup.
